This is clear Berdych win and he should cover in two fast sets.He has better weapons ,is better ranked and he is better player overall.Berdych is tall player who is leaning mostly on his big serve.Also he is using the flat forehand from the baseline and it`s big trouble for the opponents.M.Russell is in good from lately,he won the tournament in Honolulu but challengers and ATP tournaments have big difference.Russell don`t have big serve like his opponent and he is defender overall.He likes to play long rallies and waiting for opponents mistakes but in this match he will have big trouble as Berdych is not a player with who u can play long rallies.My expectations is that Russell will not have single chance to break the Czech and Berdych should use the flat forehand to troubled Russell.1

Mertens has started the new season very well,winning 7 matches and losing 3,all on indoors surface.He is tall player and his serve is his best weapon.Mertens is going to face another tall player who got wild card for this ATP Tournament and that`s it G.Rufin.Both young players,good physically prepared but Mertens is deserving to be small favorite because he is playing indoors much much more than his today`s opponent who has played only 11 matches so far and his score is negative 3-8!Should be tight match from the beggining but Mertens has better shots which need to prevail against Frenchman Rufin.
