FC Bayern have a whole host of injury concerns ahead of their trip to Florence. Martin Demichelis has already been sidelined for weeks and young left back Diego Contento suffered a deep gash to the right knee, so 17-year-old David Alaba will be his replacement in the squad against Fiorentina, although it is expected that Danijel Pranjic will start at left back. However, coach Louis van Gaal has some good news as winger Arjen Robben who is back training. Fiorentina are in poor form lately and will be difficult to stop Bayern attack.

The Hammers are unbeaten in their last three games at Upton Park and having won their last two, will fancy their chances of making it a hat-trick. In contrast Bolton are poor travellers, without a victory on the road since September. Bolton have an ever growing injury list with Stuart Holden the latest to be ruled out alongside Mark Davies, Gary Cahill, Sean Davis, Chris Basham, Gavin McCann and Joey O'Brien.
