Sarpsborg – Molde

Molde make the trip to the Sarpsborg Stadion for their next Eliteserien engagement. The league leaders have the marker on their back with Lars Bohinen’s Sarpsborg 08 the latest to try their luck to end their five match winning spree. Saprsborg faithfully will be pleased with the showings at the back but will rue their profligacy in attack. They have only scored seven times and need to improve if they are to achieve their pre-season targets. They have conceded 12 goals in their nine league outings, a tally not bad for a side slated to struggle for points.

MFK continue to go from strength to strength in the coming campaign.  Erling Moe’s men were runners up last time but are running away with the title after defeating reigning champions ten days ago. They have opened up a three-point gap at the top and have a game in hand.

Sarpsborg 08 are winless in their last four home league outings. In Molde they have their toughest test yet. MFK are unbeaten in their last six matches, winning the last five in succession. They should be able to make it six in six but will have to be wary of their rivals.
