Atalanta – Lazio

Atalanta are up to fifth in Serie A after a 3-1 win at Sampdoria on Wednesday evening. They host Lazio who are a place and a point below them in the table. They are a point behind fourth placed Roma, but with seven points from three games are in good form. Home results haven’t been great this season with only one league win, compared to four on the road. Two of their last three home league games against Lazio have been won.

The visitors also won in midweek, beating Fiorentina at home 1-0. That was their fourth home league win of the season and extended their unbeaten run to 18 Serie A matches. They’d be in title contention if able to play like that on the road. Lazio have only four points from their five away games in Serie A this season.
