Mechelen – Brugge

Belgian First Division A returns to action after the international break with some clash as Mechelen play host to Brugge on Friday evening. The teams sit right next to each other at the fourth and third place of the league standings respectively. Mechelen suffered an expected home defeat to bottom-half and ten-man Sint Truiden (0-1), while Club Brugge were held to a 2-2 draw by Standard Liege in the previous round.
