Germany are going to want a good performance and a result to match from their final warm-up game ahead of facing France in their opening group game of the European Championship. Latvia won’t be at the Euros but are involved in the Baltic Cup and may decide to rest some key players following their clash with Lithuania on Friday. Germany are one of the favorites to lift the trophy in the upcoming Euros. Joachim Low’s men are ranked 12^th in the world, and they are determined to make a return back to their glory days.

Meanwhile, Latvia are ranked 138^th in the world, and they are a part of the bottom-most League D in the UNL. Even there, they could secure just a third-place finish in Group D1, which had a total of four teams.
