England – Croatia

All eyes will be on Wembley Stadium when England and Croatia take on each other in the Group D opener at EURO 2020. The Three Lions will be dreaming of a European Championship win this summer, especially with the final at Wembley, while Croatia will be looking to go one better than they did at the 2018 World Cup when they finished runners-up.

England have won all of their last six international matches and have only conceded one goal during that period while Croatia have three of their last six fixtures, only managing to beat the likes of Malta and Cyprus. England’s second team secured a 1-0 win over Romania in their final warm-up game ahead of the Euros, while Croatia lost their last friendly 1-0 against Belgium and head into the opening game of Euro 2020 in a mixed run of form that has produced two wins, three defeats and one draw from their last six outings.
